Passport Reserve

Social Sharing Terms

These terms apply whenever you share a Passport Reserve invitation, certificate or moment to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X or any other social platform. They exist to keep your accounts safe and to keep our programme honest.

Passport Reserve is not affiliated with, endorsed by, administered by or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, X Corp., Google or any other platform. Each platform's own terms govern your use of that platform.

1. Sharing is optional

You are never required to post anything to receive access to Passport Reserve. Membership, points and app features do not depend on posting to any social platform. If a promotion offers a reward for sharing, an equivalent no-post method of entry is always available by contacting us — no purchase is necessary.

2. You post as yourself, from your own account

Every post is made manually by you, from your own personal account, using your own credentials. Passport Reserve does not post on your behalf, does not access or store your social login, and does not automate, schedule or bulk-publish anything to your accounts. We only prepare suggested text and images that you may copy, edit or discard.

3. You must follow each platform's own rules

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit and every other service have their own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and those rules control. You agree not to use Passport Reserve content in any way that violates them, including rules on spam, inauthentic behavior, fake or duplicate accounts, engagement baiting, mass tagging, unsolicited direct messages, automation tools, purchased engagement, or posting the identical caption repeatedly.

4. Required disclosure of a material connection

If you receive or may receive anything of value for sharing — points, credits, a certificate, a prize entry, commission or referral value — you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that connection in the post itself. Use plain wording such as #ad, #sponsored, "paid partnership" or "I get rewards if you join." Place it where a reader sees it without tapping "more." This mirrors the FTC Endorsement Guides and each platform's branded-content policy. Where a platform offers a branded-content or paid-partnership label, use it.

5. Honest claims only

Only describe your own genuine experience. Do not promise earnings, guaranteed prizes, free travel, or outcomes that are not stated in the applicable offer terms. Do not imply that Passport Reserve is endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by any social platform. Any sweepstakes, giveaway or certificate is administered solely by Passport Reserve and the platforms are not involved in or responsible for it.

6. Trademarks and content

Passport Reserve grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the invitation copy, images and marks we supply, solely to share an invitation to the app, unmodified in any way that would mislead. Platform names and logos belong to their owners and may only be referenced descriptively. Do not use another company's marks in a way that suggests partnership, verification or endorsement.

7. No spam, no unsolicited messaging

Do not send unsolicited bulk direct messages, comment-spam other accounts, tag people who have not consented, buy or trade follows, create secondary accounts to share again, or use bots, scripts or growth tools. Accounts found doing this lose the reward and may lose their Passport Reserve membership.

8. Privacy of others

Do not post images, video or details of other people without their permission, and never share another member's personal information, location or private content from inside the app.

9. Age and eligibility

You must be 18 or older (21+ where the offer involves alcohol, travel or gaming), meet the minimum age of the platform you post on, and comply with the laws of your jurisdiction, including local advertising, alcohol-marketing and promotion rules.

10. Our rights and your responsibility

Passport Reserve may modify, pause or end any sharing programme at any time, and may withhold or revoke rewards for conduct that breaches these terms or a platform's rules. You are responsible for your own posts and accept that any platform action taken against your account is between you and that platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Passport Reserve is not liable for the removal, suspension or restriction of your social accounts.

11. Reporting misuse

If you see a member spamming, misrepresenting the programme, or sharing without disclosure, report it to us and we will review it promptly.

By ticking the sharing agreement box in the app, you confirm you have read and accept these Social Sharing Terms together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. These terms may be updated from time to time; continued sharing constitutes acceptance of the current version.
