These official rules govern the Escape Certificate offer wherever it appears — on the invitation page, inside the member vault, or in an email from us.
No purchase, payment, subscription or social media post is required to receive an Escape Certificate, and posting will not improve your chances. Membership is free. Any member or eligible applicant may request the identical certificate without posting anything (see the Alternate Method of Entry below). A purchase or a post will not increase your odds of receiving anything.
This promotion is offered and administered solely by Passport Reserve (The Wine Passport). It is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, WhatsApp), TikTok, X Corp., Snap Inc., Google/YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest or Apple. By taking part you release those companies from all liability arising from the promotion, and you understand that any information you provide is provided to Passport Reserve and not to them.
Open to individual legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of participation (21+ because the club programming involves alcohol and travel). One certificate per person and per household. Employees, contractors and immediate family of Passport Reserve and its fulfilment partners are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participation is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
The Escape Certificate is a promotional travel certificate made available to every eligible participant who completes the free steps. It is not a random drawing, contest of skill, lottery or sweepstakes; there is no chance element, no entry fee and no consideration required. Every eligible participant who follows the steps receives the same certificate.
The certificate provides hotel accommodations only for 4 to 7 nights at a participating resort, fulfilled by an independent third-party travel provider. Airfare, ground transport, meals, taxes, resort fees, occupancy fees, gratuities and incidentals are NOT included and are paid by you directly at check-in. Travel is subject to availability, blackout dates, advance booking windows, destination availability and the fulfilment partner's own terms. The certificate is valid for 18 months from issue, is non-transferable, has no cash value and cannot be combined with other offers. It is not a timeshare and no timeshare or vacation-ownership presentation is required. Approximate retail value varies by destination and season and may be $0 if you would not otherwise have booked; the certificate is a discount instrument, not a cash award.
To receive the identical certificate without sharing anything on social media, send a request from the email address on your account to concierge@passportreserve.com with the subject line "Escape Certificate — AMOE" and your full name and mailing address. Requests are honoured within 14 days, one per person and per household, for as long as the promotion runs. AMOE participants receive exactly the same certificate on exactly the same terms.
Sharing is entirely optional and always done by you, manually, from your own account. Passport Reserve never posts on your behalf and never accesses your social login. Because you receive something of value, you must clearly disclose that connection in the post itself (for example #ad or "I get rewards if you join"), consistent with the FTC Endorsement Guides and each platform's branded-content policy. You must follow the full Social Sharing Terms, including the anti-spam and honesty rules. Duplicate accounts, bulk unsolicited messaging, automation, bots or purchased engagement disqualify you.
You are responsible for any federal, state or local taxes arising from the receipt or use of the certificate. If the cumulative value of benefits provided to you in a calendar year requires tax reporting, Passport Reserve will request the information necessary to issue the applicable form and may withhold the benefit until it is provided.
Passport Reserve may verify eligibility, withhold or revoke a certificate, and suspend or terminate an account for fraud, misrepresentation, duplicate participation, breach of these rules or of the Social Sharing Terms, or conduct that violates a social platform's rules. Passport Reserve may modify, suspend or end this promotion at any time; certificates already issued will be honoured in accordance with their terms.
Information you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information, and we do not need or request your social media credentials at any point.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Passport Reserve is not responsible for travel-provider availability, third-party cancellations, technical failures, lost or delayed communications, or any action taken against your social media account by a platform. Your sole remedy for any dispute regarding the certificate is the reissue or cancellation of that certificate.
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are resolved individually — no class actions — in accordance with the dispute resolution section of our Terms of Use.
